Lunch
Gourmet lunch from a seasonal a la carte menu is available from 12.00pm to 3.00pm. Lunch is served with inclusive drinks.
Dinner
Table 131° - Dining Under the Stars
Table 131° is an unforgettable dining experience not to be missed. Dine out on sumptuous outback fare and discover the wonders of the southern night sky. Feast on three delicious courses complemented with the finest Australian wines at our outdoor dining venue under the stars. Return to the Dune House for complimentary after dinner drinks.

Gourmet Dinner in the Dune House
Relax over pre-dinner drinks served in the Dune House after returning from your tour. Then enjoy a four course dinner with chosen wines either with your fellow guests or sitting separately.
Private Dining
Private dining is also available on the Dune Top or poolside. An additional charge of $250 per couple applies for these services. This charge may vary depending on logistics and requirements.
